Pre-Delivery Commissioning (PDC)
When new boats and new machines arrive in Hong Kong, remember to find an authorized dealer for startup and commissioning. After commissioning, the warranty period will only take effect after successfully registering in the official system.
Troubleshooting
We provide fast and accurate inspection service by using special diagnostic tool.
When the engine has an alarm, please take the relevant photos when the situation permits, and report the engine information and problem symptoms to us, so that will help us to speed up the arrangement and the inspection service time for you.
Repair service
We take major or minor repair work for Volvo Penta engine and gearbox, providing well trained service team and special tool for different project. When the cause of the failure is found after inspection, we will formulate a maintenance plan according to the needs of the project. After the customer’s consent, the parts will be ordered, and repair work will begin.
Regular Maintenance
The engine is the core of the equipment, and regular maintenance is essential. It is carried out by a qualified agent, and it is more at ease when going out for sea trips or for long-term operations.

Genuine Parts
The original factory parts sold by our company can enjoy a 12-month warranty period; If these parts installed and replaced by us, the warranty period is up to 24 months. (Warranty is bound by terms)
Lubricating Oil
Volvo Penta’s various oils, including priming oil and gearbox oil, are specially developed for its branded engines. It can better protect and give full play to the performance of the engine.
Filter
During the operation of the engine, impurities or moisture may have opportunity to enter the cylinder block, thereby affecting its performance. To avoid damage to the cylinder block or performance, a reliable filter can effectively separate and prevent foreign objects.
Maintenance parts
Other maintenance parts such as belts, impeller kits, zinc anodes, etc. are also consumables that are indispensable in maintenance work and should be replaced according to the service protocol or actual conditions.
